Auckland Folk Festival Stamped Beer Tankard
Part of the limited edition Hooky Beer Tankard range with a commemorative Auckland Folk Festival stamp prominently displayed on the front.
Taking their name from the Hook Norton Brewery, in the English Cotswolds, these 500-550ml tankards (approx 12-13cm tall) have been individually wheel-thrown and glazed.
Made of a mix of Macs Mud (Waikato) buff & recycled clays and enhanced with our own Stables Pottery glazes. This tankard is glazed with our Sky Blue or Cloudy Green glazes.
The handle has been designed for that good “manly” multi-fingered grip.
Height: 12-13cm, Width (base): 110-11cm, 8-9cm (lip)
While every effort is made to ensure each item in a product range is made the same, the reality is, that because every items is individually hand-built, there will be minor variations in terms of form, size, weight and glazing - it is inevitable.
So, we hope that you enjoy the uniqueness of our hand-built ceramics and get as much pleasure from displaying and using the items, as we had making them.
